The Massey University Wellington Campus is nestled close to the capital’s city centre. Within walking distance, you’ll find Cuba Street and Courtenay Place, with plenty of options for dining and entertainment.
Massey’s Wellington campus is one of three in the country, and home to the College of Creative Arts dubbed the ‘Creative Campus’.
Venues for hire include the original Dominion Museum of New Zealand building. Built in 1936, it was home to the National Museum and the National Art Gallery. Now part of the Massey campus, there are many spaces available for hire, including the Great Hall — a premier ballroom in the heart of Wellington.
Te Ara Hihiko is the world’s first multi-storey post-tensioned timber frame building. Large open spaces allow for flexibility for any event.
The Great Hall in the former Dominion Museum is now a screen arts studio with all new AV equipment. It’s home to the National Academy of Screen Arts and can be booked for events.
